Merhaba...ISTANBUL, A Food Spell (part3)


Merhaba Dolls and Gents! 

Hoping you are having a great week :) Today's post is the 3rd part of my Istanbul series ( part 1 & 2 ) and it's ALL about FOOD i know some who will be thrilled with this post :p


I'm not a food obsessed to be honest and i don't really tend to take risks in life in general and even with food, when i travel i stick to what's safe and common, but in Turkey, you can't but let yourself go :) you see how beautifully made are the dishes on the restaurants' windows and you succumb to the temptation... 
Food has become a matter of pleasure for me, it's not because you are just hungry , no, it is because the smell is exquisite, the spices that tickle your senses, the colors that are very well blended together yet separate, the vegetables that are in peace with each other, all that creates an authentic piece of art called FOOD :)

  1. Amazing pictures! I never wanted to go to Turkey before I saw these. Suffice to say that, even though it's pas midnight, your post made me so hungry that I got out of bed, went to the kitchen, and brought back a plate full of food, so I can finish reading :D :D :D
    Can you tell us more about your favorite places to eat in Tunis???

    hahahahah saha saha, snacking after midnight is just the best, ill post more of these then :p
    so in tunis, i honestly find Cook's in sidi bou really good! some pizza places in sidi bou and la marsa are to die for too, baristas for its fab cheesecakes and coffees and le bistro in lac isnt bad either. i need to discover more and be more adventurous with food, i shud learn from Jess and Dorra though :p
