Merhaba...ISTANBUL, A Food Spell (part3)

Merhaba Dolls and Gents!

Hoping you are having a great week :) Today's post is the 3rd part of my Istanbul series ( part 1 & 2 ) and it's ALL about FOOD i know some who will be thrilled with this post :p

I'm not a food obsessed to be honest and i don't really tend to take risks in life in general and even with food, when i travel i stick to what's safe and common, but in Turkey, you can't but let yourself go :) you see how beautifully made are the dishes on the restaurants' windows and you succumb to the temptation...
Food has become a matter of pleasure for me, it's not because you are just hungry , no, it is because the smell is exquisite, the spices that tickle your senses, the colors that are very well blended together yet separate, the vegetables that are in peace with each other, all that creates an authentic piece of art called FOOD :)

Here are some of the pictures i tried to take of the Istanbul Food Spell: (some of the pictures were taken by Ines my BF on our last year's trip)

the famous sweet potato : how to make it :)

I hope you guys enjoyed my Food post ( a first for me), tell me if you  liked this post in a comment and if you would want more of these, because you know, in Tunisia too we have the BEST food everrrrr :)

you can follow me on  FacebookPinterestPolyvore, and finally on Twitter.

Stay Thankful,
