Blue Lashes

Today's post is VERY Blue, but I've been obsessing about showing you guys what im dying for, a trend ive seen my chic stylish mother adapt back in the 90's, with her Revlon Blue mascara, Ive always wanted to wear it but could never do, because of my young age... years passed, the day has come for me to buy my OWN BLUE MASCARA, and blue my lashes away yes yes YES !!! (i Love You Mom :* )

I have seen the trend on runways, and fashion magazines, on Pinterest  and fashion blogs, but who needs all that to dare it, NOT ME! I love blue, im a Blue freak, and making my lashes blue blue blue is the least i can do :D but still if you are still hesitant about it here is the proof :

I had doubts though on how to apply it, i mean, with what shadow should I adapt it, can it be my fav black winged eyeliner, I did try it but nah, didnt love it, it lacked something, I asked my fellow MU addict (she is what i call MU freak, no one beats her :D ) her name is  Sahar Dridi ( she has her own youtube channel , you can subscribe to her channel here ) and she came up with an interesting idea, that i thought it would be too much : blue on blue (eyeshadow that is ) i said great idea Sahar ! what the heck, MORE IS MORE, isnt it? :D
So she mentioned applying some blue eyeshadow, what I did was applying a Revlon crayon liner ( i could not read the ref cuz it's an old one :p but i still keep it for its great color ) and smudging it with a brush, I applied a blue eyeshadow in the same" family" shades of the mascara , then Sahar recommanded using a coat of black mascara for more thickness (of course after curling your lashes ) and then another coat of the Electric Blue mascara i'm obsessed about.
